Thursday, 10 February 2011 00:00
Our SOLD OUT documentary at Cineplex Odeon Theatre at the Victoria Film Festival on February 5 shows that people are very interested in the topic of Food Security. The reactions we have received are overwhelmingly supportive and positive.
Nick Versteeg told the audience in a Q and A session after the movie that he will take the film to Town Hall meetings across British Columbia and beyond. The objective of these dialogues is to get discussions going on what everyone can do to making our food safer and to promote healthier eating. Another topic will be how we can start changing people's attitudes towards farming and how we can get more people into it.
We will keep you posted on additional dates and locations.
