The Bocuse d'Or 2007 is a story about Scott Jaeger, who represented Canada at the Bocuse d'Or competition in Lyon, France. Scott and his wife Stephanie are the owners of "The Pear Tree" restaurant in Vancouver .This documentary follows Scott for a whole year as he prepares for this famous world competition.

Michael Noble and Robert Sulatycky are his coaches. Both have competed at the Bocuse d'Or and are not holding back with their critique. To win this world famous competition  you have to be on top of your profession.

DV Cuisine's producer Nick Versteeg sat down with Scott after the competition when Scott tells his story about his experience competing against the best chefs in the world.
