September 2003 - Nick Versteeg and his wife Elly had the pleasure again of dining with the famous chef Mr. Paul Bocuse at his restaurant "L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges" near Lyon, France.
For 30 years now, this restaurant has been one of France's undisputed three-star Michelin establishments. |

| March 2002 - DV Cuisine producer Nick Versteeg presented the James Beard Award to Food Network USA President Judy Girard and Acquisitions Manager Bruce Seidel. |
| 2000 - In a well-attended evening at the Metropolitan Hotel in Vancouver, producer Nick Versteeg introduced DV Cuisine's new line-up of programs. The invited guests were treated to a great reception of food and wine, created by Diva's Executive Chef Chris Mills, whom Nick worked with for the past two years in creating the two Bocuse d'Or shows for the Food Network. The Master of Ceremonies was Jamie Maw, a well known food editor for the Vancouver Magazine.
Nick introduced the DV Cuisine team: writers Don Genova and Irene McGuinness, lighting and soundman Goran Basaric, and the Video publishing group post production crew: Edi Osghian, Brent Craven and Kris Fleerackers.
The guests included food writers and media who were treated to previews on four new specials: The World Culinary Olympics, Cucina Revista, The Mystique of The Truffle and The World Pastry Cup. |
